How to book a reservation?
To book a service reservation, you need to have an account logged in. Then select a service or deal from the home page, select date and time and proceed to check out.
What to do with near expiry vouchers?
Make sure to use your near expiry vouchers before its validity date.
How to get refund because of unavailable service?
Report the store involved and our customer service will get back to your concern within an hour.
How do I choose stylist?
You can indicate at the notes section, while reserving a service, your preferred stylist. It will be up to the store if they will accommodate your request.
